Payment

All payments are due upon receipt. If a payment is not received or payment method is declined, the buyer forfeits the ownership of any items purchased. If no payment is received, no items will be shipped.

Shipping Policies

Shipping will be paid for by the buyer in the amount agreed upon by the seller at the time of purchase.  We strive to make shipping costs affordable. If purchasing smaller amounts of lead products, please contact us at Tommytogjigs@gmail.com and we will check if it can be shipped in flat rate boxes through the USPS cheaper. **From order to shipping time may vary from a few days to a few weeks please be patient, one man show**

Refund/Return Policy

Items are entitled to be refunded or returned based on complaint. If an item is damaged  or lost please refer to Shipping Policies. If an item is unsatisfactory, a written explanation is needed before the item may be considered for a refund. Buyer must take into account the description of the item before requesting a refund. If the item matches the description by the seller and the buyer is unsatisfied, seller is not responsible for refund. Exchanges are granted on a case-by-case basis. Buyer is responsible for shipping on all return items.

Replacement/Out of Stock Policy

We hold the right to replace any item out of stock with another similar product of equal or greater value.

Cancellation

An item may be cancelled up until payment has been processed. Once payment has been processed, the buyer is responsible for payment. The seller has the right to cancel an order at any time for a full refund. 

Complaints

All complaints may be sent to customer service: Tommytogjigs@gmail.com . There is no guarantee of a resolution, but we strive for 100% satisfaction. Each case will be looked at individually, and the seller will be in contact.

Legalities

The seller is not responsible for any health or safety concerns once the buyer has received the item. Our products may contain lead and/or hooks. If any harm is incurred from the items purchased by the buyer, the seller shares no responsibility.

Privacy
