Made-to-Order Products

At Tommy Tog Jigs, every order is made to order. We take pride in handcrafting each jig to ensure it meets our quality standards before it leaves our shop.

Processing Time

Please allow a minimum of 5 business days for your order to be processed and prepared for shipment. Processing times may be longer during peak seasons, holidays, product launches, or periods of high order volume.

Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping

Once your order has been completed, it will be shipped using the shipping method selected at checkout. After your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking information, if available.

Please note that shipping transit times are estimates provided by the shipping carrier and are separate from our processing time.

Order Changes

Because all orders are custom made and begin production shortly after they are placed, we cannot guarantee that order changes or cancellations can be accommodated. Any requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
